Who are the Floor Representatives?

The Floor Representatives are elected by all the students on a given floor of Mercator College to represent the floor to the College Council. Floor Representative meet every two weeks in Mercator College Office. These meetings are always attended by the Mercator College Office Manager and the Resident Associates and when necessary also by the College Masters. The Floor Reps in Mercator College also play an important social role in improving the social environment on their floors and mediating among students in conflicts. The Floor Reps are also responsible for keeping the floor facilities such as the floor kitchen, vacuum cleaner, iron in good condition and providing the students on their floor with cleaning materials and utilities.
