RA Cheer-Up

The long awaited RA Welcome Party, later (quite some time later, that is) transformed into RA Cheer-Up party finally took place on October 19th - just in time to be early enough not to become RA Christmas Party. The stage was set as early as 9 PM with Bassem and Roy on the DJ pult, the sound system pumping with the rhythm of some of the finest hits this planet has seen (yes, we have started with the classic stuff!). Gradually the irresistable temptation of free beer/wine/other NON-alcoholic drinks brought more and more people in the common room of Mercator and what in the beginning seemed like a humble private gathering soon grew into a full scale party with people flooding the common and the games room, chatting, dancing, chilling out or just enjoying an evening off the textbooks.
The event went on until 1 AM (Quiet Hours!), and gosh, did we enjoy it! You can check exactly how much in the gallery.
