Mercator College Open Door Lunch

On Tuesday May 10, Mercator College will host the very first Mercator Open Lunch, an event that is supposed to bring students and the administrative staff together in a casual, every-day like atmosphere.

In this cooperation between the College Office Team and the College Council, the entire administration is officially invited to come to have lunch in Mercator College with students, who will tell them what it is like to be a student living in a residential college. Respectively, students will have the opportunity to ask the admin people everything they ever wanted to know about their jobs. After having lunch, there will be a guided tour through the College for the staff to see how we live here.

We sincerely hope that with this rather small scale event, to which there will be follow-ups in the future depending on the interest and demand, will contribute a little to removing the barriers many see between the administration and the student body.
