It is ON!!!

The beginning of O-Week 2007 (and the new academic year as well) has been officially - or should we say deliciously - put. The traditional desserts night at the Krupp Terrace, the first "real" event of every Orientation Week, took place in the warm late-summer evening of August 28th. Ice cream, sweets, pies and cookies expected everyone who took the time to attend the opening speech by the College Masters of the three colleges and the following socializing night in the open air - not only freshies, but Student Advisors, College Office members, graduates, etc.. Although many more freshmen are expected to arrive in the coming days, there were still enough people to create this friendly, chill-out atmosphere of the O-week we all know and love.

As for the cute hedgehog on the little picture - well, this is one of the family of the famous campus hedgehogs - home-grown breed of first class animals, whom our photographer accidentally disturbed during its dinner (some snail-specialty) and decided to record for the generations. You never know when a hedgehog picture might come useful, you know. ;-)
