Black Wall Gets a Face Lift - Finally!!

After years of debate on what to do with the infamous 'black wall' of the common room, a solution has finally been found. Our very own artist in the name of Eva Bentcheva has made a beautiful painting that was hung up on the wall on Wednesday, 25 February. It has transformed the usually dull looking wall into spectacular scene of life with a huge yellow sun being the focus along with a person surrounded by a large number of birds.

The beautiful piece of art did not come easy though. It took Eva nearly two weeks of hard labour to paint this massive canvas. Here are some pictures of the wall with the new painting. Looks awesome now, doesn't it?!
